For splitscreen: Dirt 3 is very good, Blur is also nice, as well as, Split Second. Yes Trackmania can do splitscreen as far as I remember. I think the F1 games from Codemasters can also do splitscreen, can't remember. Just on a side note, you'll need an Xbox controller to play Dirt 3 in splitscreen, otherwise you'll need to download an emulator.

Except crash physics of MW12 are stiff. The camera angle is always the same. They don't add anything to the gameplay. In Burnout the car would get destroyed and it was entertaining to watch it fold in slow motion. Can't say the same about MW12, let alone any NFS game.

But the screen is not in full screen mode. When I change the resolution to 1920x1080 the game is in full screen. But I can't play the game in 1920x1080 because of my graphic card (gt740m). So I must play the game in 1366x768. When I installed the game a week ago and I played the game in 1366x768 the game was in full screen mode. There is no split-screen multiplayer in Most Wanted or in Rivals. Is Need for Speed Most Wanted ps3 2 player? Is NFS Hot Pursuit split-screen? Unfortunately, there’s no local multiplayer which is a big missed opportunity for any racing game. Split-screen multiplayer with one player as the racer and the other as the cop seems like it would VGA Racing Game of the Year with an array of positive ratings from G4, IGN, Game Informer, Eurogamer, and more. Criterion Games really put NFS back on top as m8rHh.
