Yes , you can have GTA on multiple computers . Now. If you play single play , your progress will not get synced with other computers as it is stored on local PC. But If you play online , your progress will be saved on R* servers in cloud, and can be accessed from any Pc witch have game installed . All you need is just log in to your account .
